Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya Playa del Carmen

We recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the beach and the main pedestrian walkway. We also appreciated the free beach club vouchers provided by the hotel. The pool was a great addition and just steps away from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of certain amenities like a hairdryer and a lock on the door, the overall quality of the room and the hotel's facilities made up for it. The price we paid for our stay was reasonable given the location and the quality of the accommodations.

This hotel is in a great location, just a block away from the lively 5th Ave where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently close to a beautiful beach with a small reef to explore. The rooms are well-kept and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a sweet little cafe downstairs that serves a delicious breakfast. Plus, they provide pool towels and there's a nice shady pool to relax in.

There was a noise issue with a loud band playing across the street on one night, which disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Giada. Spacious room with balcony and cold A/C. Excellent service in accommodating room change. Cute poolside access from room. Always available drinking water.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to all the major attractions. It was conveniently situated at the end of the main pedestrian walkway, which made it easy for me to explore the town. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking a charming pool with lots of plants and palms. The staff provided excellent service and were very kind. The bathroom was beautiful with a large walk-in shower and the room was clean and comfortable.

The wifi signal was only available in the first floor and not far from the lobby. This was quite inconvenient as I had to go downstairs to access the internet.

This hotel in Playa Del Carmen center offers excellent hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms come with a king size bed at no additional charge, and breakfast is included. The location is perfect, situated on a small but busy boulevard, yet still in a quiet area.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was just a few blocks from the ocean and close to the major dining, shopping, and nightlife area. The convenience of being able to easily go in and out throughout the day while exploring was a major plus. The hotel is situated on a well-lit and populated street, making it feel safe and secure. The rates were also very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We found it to be a great deal.

We felt so taken care of during our stay that we really can't complain about anything. Everything was well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities exceeded our expectations.

I loved the location, as it was just a few blocks away from the bustling 5th Avenue and the beautiful beach. The pool was a nice bonus, with enough space to swim short laps. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and I was always greeted warmly at the reception desk. The room was spacious and had a balcony, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep me cool. I was pleased with my stay at Riviera Caribe Maya and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option in Playa del Carmen.

This hotel in Playa Del Carmen center is a great find! With excellent hospitality and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, it's definitely value for money. The rooms with a king size bed for no additional charge are a bonus. Additionally, the breakfast included is a great way to start the day!
